how do I measure the powder I put in each cap and how much will fit in each cap? also will this work or should I make an injectable with kit. I would like to make caps though ------------------    | ||

go to kilosports.com get #1 capper (don't bother getting tamper) get filler powder (I used glucosamine, you could just use sugar, doesn't matter) decide on dose per cap. for 5mg caps from 5 grams of powder you will need to make 1000 caps. load capper with 50 caps. add filler until they are full, keeping track of amount added. Now multiply by 20 and subtract 5grams. Put this amount of filler in large bowl. add in 5g d-bol powder (after drying out and crushing into fine powder) mix VERY thoroughly. Put mix in large plastic bag and shake. now any #1 caps you make from this mix will have 5mg per cap (roughly). You don't have to make caps all at once. just shake bag alot before every time before taking mix out.  | ||

Also check out http://www.weigh.net/ They sell cheap scales ($60.00), which are useful if you want precise measurements (especially for DNP). | ||

I had my buddy who works in a lab measure the pwoder with a scale. He bagged 25 MG per ziplock. I just down 5 zips and chase it with water. |
