BBB,

Most people tend to stay with 7 days so as to keep T3 levels up. Besides, by the time day 7 rolls around, most people will be whipped and ready to "cool down". Using glycerine and pyruvate help some with the heat.

BBB,

Go as long as you can handle it, but don't go past two weeks. I've read that DNP is very hard on the liver, so going any longer could be even more dangerous than DNP already is. I have seen posts on here where a guy went from I think 241 to 226 in two weeks or 12 days or something like that. Do a search for there is enough information to keep you up all night.... GOOD LUCK!

If you do low dosages like say 2mg/kg of bodyweight you can pull off a 2 week cycle. I normally feel like complete crap after 5 days but I sometimes carry it out to 8-10 days. Everyone reacts to drugs differently so you might loose 2 lbs or you could loose more than 8 lbs. As far as being hard on the liver, I have researched DNP extensively for well over a year and I have never come across a study that has proven DNP has any significant effect on the liver. DNP can cause severe dehydration which could possibly in turn cause renal or liver problems but DNP itself does not raise liver values. For your first try I would go with a 5-7 day cycle to see how well you react to DNP and then increase the dosage or cycle duration as you feel necessary. Make sure to take all of the anti-oxidents, vitamins and minerals that are commonly recommended during DNP usage. You should be able to find them by doing a search but if you can not, e-mail me and I will send you some info.

If I understand correctly, your metabolism slows down when your muscles run out of ATP. I'm in day 6 of my 'see how my body deals with DNP' experiment and my temperature is starting to drop. I'll probably run it for another day or two.
