I found a good deal on some powdered dball. He says it 5g = to 10005mg thia tabs for $125. The question I have is how do you measure it out. I guess you put it in a gelcap right, but how much..thanks     | ||

well for starters $125 is $25 too much. you can mix it with propelene glycol (sp) or buy a capping tool and cap them your self. thats what im doing. its time consuming but worh it to me. go to cap-m-quik.com any questions email me | ||
