I am planning on doing a 10 week cycle before spring break. A month ago I had strep-throat and an ear infection and it caused me to lose about 20lbs due to the fact that I didnt eat and couldn't lift. I want to gain the mass back that I had while also decreasing my bf a little bit. I am 5'6" at 190lbs. So far my cycle looks like this:

wk1-10: 1g of Prop/wk
wk1-6: 150mg of Tren EOD
wk1-10: 400mg of Eq/wk

Also using 12 iu of humilin-R after workout

taking 5000 iu HCG shot the 5th week

following up with clomid treatment for 3 weeks post cycle.

I also have 120 T3 tabs (20mcg). I have used T3 before with much success during a cutting cycle. I went up to 100mcg. Now this time around, I don't want the T3 to negatively effect my mass gains, but I would like the benefit of protien synthesis and maybe losing a little fat. I was thinking somwhere between 50-60mcg daily...what do you guys think? Also do you think I should drop the insulin or keep it. I want to get leaner, but I love the effect when you use high androgens w/ insulin. You just BLOW UP! I am a bit worried about gaining fat though...since I am going to the Bahamas mid March. I think that is a solid cycle. I would only do 600mg of prop. That way you would so 200mg mwf. I love insulin with t3, they work well together

This is my diet when I start:

ml 1: Prolab N-large w/ 2 cups of skim milk
ml 2: 3 chick breast w/ 2cups of rice
ml 3: 3 chick breast w/ 2 potatos
ml 4: Prolab Nlarge w/ OJ (after workout)
ml 5: chicken or steak w/ 1 potato
ml 6: Protien shake before bed

Keep the cycle how it is... Save the t3 and insulin for post cycle... With that combo you can put on a good 5-10lbs post cycle... Might add some DNP post cycle too
