mini-thins(ephedrine), aspirin, no-doz(caffeine)...This is ECA right? How much of each? Also I read about caps of it all together, is that sold in stores or is it like getting gear? Sorry to sound so ignorant, but I haven't read much on it. Thanks     | ||

25mg of ephie + 200mg of caffeine per dose. take a few doses daily, and on empty stomach (30min before eating). no need for aspirin unless you feel like getting an ulcer. ------------------ | ||

yes bro, u can buy it all seperately if you'd like. some people say its cheaper.. but u can also go to GNC and buy an ECA stack such as Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, or Ripped Fuel. At any GNC stores, these products are prob close to $40/bottle, atleast around here. But I can get bottles of Xenadrine for $25, so I just use it. It works good. | ||
