Hi all,

I just finished my second cycle. I'm now looking at what I should be doing for a third, or IF I should even be doing a third.

My first cycle was Deca/Primo/Winny, and I just finished a Sus/Eq cycle. My pattern was in 8 week blocks, like so:

8 weeks on cycle 1
8 weeks off
8 weeks on cycle 2

then I've decided to take 12 weeks off. I'm now considering a THIRD cycle. I want to get a little thicker and stronger (I'm an athlete, not a BB). The Sus/Eq cycle was good (They were BOTH good, but the second cycle felt better!) and I was considering basing my next cycle on Sus/Eq again.

Is that OK, or should I switch up a bit? Or should I just wait and see how much I retain after 12 weeks before deciding?

What were your dosages for your second cycle and what were your results? Are you looking for results close to that or something on a higher level?

Go with test prop instead,100mg/MWF. it will give you less water retention and a harder appearence. Do Fina 75mg/MWF for the last 6 weeks. You will be harder and leaner and more vascular then the sus eq only

On the second cycle, I did 500mg of Sust every week and 300mg of Eq (except 200 last 2 weeks)

I gained about 10 pounds on the scale, but I am noticeably larger, and can start to see my abs (couldn't before) with a big strength increase.

This kind of gain again might be OK, but I want to weight about what I do now with 10 more lbs of LBM.

If I try the same cycle, should I up it or what? Lawnsaver seems to think that prop and Fina is better.
