I cannot believe that my post on my pre-contest diet has been deleted. I was going to print it out today, and i cannot find it anywhere. Not even in the search. What the fuck is going on damnit! I mean, this was a damn good post, and somebody has to go and delete it? If somebody can find it, then that would be great.....maybe i didnt look hard enough. ------------------     | ||

Check the archives in a day or two. Sometimes post disapear for 2-3 days when they go from active to archive. Trust me this as happened to me more than once. ------------------ | ||

Well, I still cannot believe this has happened. Shit happens though, but damn, i dont remember all that was said on that post! There were numerous pointers, diets, etc. that all of you contributed to, and now its gone. Flexed1, i will probably email you so i can get your diet again. I hope you dont mind giving it to me. And, i believe it was GoodSimon's diet too that was on the post. JSnake......you saved my post!?!?! I just read that.....man, email it to me if you could, or better yet, repost it on the board!
