Thanks JohnnyO and timac for posting these. Here they are guys. I posted them mainly because I don't feel right about critiquing other peoples pics when I had not posted any. My stats: Currently 5'10" and weigh 230 lbs. At the time of these pictures (10/00) I had done two cycles. The first was a joke. 200mg of Test Enthnate a week for 10 weeks. It sounds terrible but I gained 20 lbs from it and kept 12 lbs. The second cycle was much better thought out, thanks to the members of this board. It consisted of 500mg of Sust, 600mg of Deca for 10 weeks, and I used 40mg/day of Dbol for the first 5 weeks. I gained 22 lbs from that and have kept 18 of it thanks to clomid and bridging with Anavar. Any and all comments are welcome. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yea I agree, my biceps suck. My front delts over shadow them and any time I work biceps I end up with more of a pump in my front delts. I try and do a lot of concentration movements but they are just a lagging bodypart. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I started my third cycle on Jan. 1. This is 750mg Sust and 600mg of Deca for 10 weeks with 50mg/day of Dbol the first 5 weeks. After this cycle I'm going to concentrate on cutting up and hardening what I already have. I just love that bulking up feeling! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Demon, try preacher curls to isolate. Even though concentrations are designed to isolate, I have found preachers with the seat real low or bench real high (depending on the piece of equipment) really helps. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You look good! You are sort of like me in that the upper body is more cut than the legs. It's always hard for me to get my legs cut up but the upper body gets cut really easy. You have big enough legs it's just the cuts aren't visible. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Looks good. I think when the time comes to cut you will notice more definition in the bi's and legs. Its interesting to hear people comment on jonny's legs. It seems guys have so much trouble with legs. I seem to be a freak. I have done cycles without any leg work because I only need to think about my legs and they grow. My chest is my let down. Is this unusual or do some other guys have big legs, small upper, etc? BTW jonny, you're legs don't look out of proportion to your body but some extra size on them wouldn't hurt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
