Guys, the natural pics at 150-160 are from 1997-1998. I started cycling in 1999 and now we are in 2001. So, I went from 150 to 240 and growing, with 260 being my maximum bulk weight goal. As for the hair, the pics where I look like I have short hair are nothing more than pics with my hair back in a pony tail! I have had long hair since 1996. And for the guys who do not want to see anymore pics, that is it. I am done. Peace BB Brothers!

pictures do not tell the story cause after looking at them I am sure cause i would bet you are 30 pounds lighter than 220...really cut though and on track, deadlifts and squats will thicken you up! Try them heavy. good luck! | ||
