OK 2thick, sounds good bro, but here is the thing. My carbs are lower because I want to shed all my bodyfat without loosing muscle. I never had that look of pure muscle if you know what i am sayin.. youre not going to lose any fat by eating 2900 cals a day, even if your maintenance was 3000 or so... i personally don't see how all of you eat so damn much, I know some people exagerate to themselves (not reading portions and such and estimating,,,, always up).. i just came off a 2weeker, and I was lucky if I got over 3k a day (I started at 164lbs), but I gained 16 lbs....... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Is this why 2Thick? The body needs all of the essential fats for growth. Dan Duchaine used to say that the most effective OTC was flax seed oil for getting bigger. Don't forget that Testosterone is actually a cholesterol, which is a fat. Am I right on that 2Thick?
