I am currently 3 weeks into a cycle of dball and deca. So far I haven't bloated too much. I plan on doing winnie or anavar with t-3 and finishing with clomid. I also have dandelion root. What else would be good to get rid of the water?     | ||

dandelion root, get it from gnc or any vitamin store, if you want to throw in some glycerol so your muscle retain some of the water and dont look flat. | ||

If you want to do it safly with out performance inhibition, I suggest a mild diuretic with a cleaner diet and increased fluid intake. With your gear working against you, your diet must be a little cleaner of sodium than normal. If your in a mass cycle, I say screw it and just take most diuretics and triple your water intake. The kind I have had success with in the past for a clean contest and water bloat in the winter is "the cutting edge" by vitalabs. It is very cheap and is VERY effective. 9.95 for 120tabs | ||
