Bro's I am making Fina,
1) best way to open fina tray
2) I am going to heat not crush pellets. . .best way is how. . .I am going to place the vial in boiling h20?? Is this good.

Maybe I am an idiot...but I had a hell of a time getting the damn pellets out of the cartridges.

I heated my vial in boiling H20..everything went fine.

i just took a knife and slid it under the plastic lip and broke it off of the end. Then the pellets will all slide out nicely

Take a pair of fingernail clippers and clip the plastic flaps from each of the ten tubes. I screwed up making my stuff but I got the pelllets out with no problem.

i don't put mine in h2o but i put it on a warm burner not so hot you can't touch it though. i don't crush them either

I cant believe no one mentioned the easiest way. Unbend a paper clip and push them out.
Took me less than a minute to empty 2 trays.

Make sure your hot water bath isn't too hot, or your fina will turn that ugly brown color. Also, if you crush the pellets in a bowl with the back of the spoon, it makes it 100% easier. Remember to save 5mL of oil to purge your filter at the end.

You guys are kidding me right?
With fina their is a plastic lid that covers all the chambers. YOu just pull the thing off slowly to keep them from flying everywhere. You dont have to do any cutting 'cause it has a lid!

With Component th it is a little different. There is no lid because it is made to go into a gun.
Take some siccors and cut right across the top as close as you can to the top pill.
