i've used deca three different times now, and i swear that i just don't get much out of it? Is it any way that deca just doesn't work for me or is it just in my head. The last time i used it i just added it to make the sus shots easier to handle? Anyone else not feel anything from deca? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I don't agree with Green. Not everyone gets good results from the same dosages of the smae drugs. I find that EQ works much better for me than Deca (and I have tried various brands) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Shadow I'm just thinking that if he's taking 500mg of deca I can't see how he wouldn't grow. What kind of deca is it? I got fair results, mainly water. I repeated the cycle but substituted EQ for the Deca, and tried to keep other variables as constant as possible. I gained 13 more pounds on the EQ cycle over 10 weeks... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I for one, believe that everybodys bodys are different, therefore, each steroid that is introduced into ones body, reacts differently then another one. I took EQ on my last cycle, and felt the same way you do on your deca. I started at 600mg, and finished the 10 weeks of it at 400mg. So, now, i started taking deca, in place of eq for my pre-contest cycle. I hope that this is a better drug for my body then EQ was. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You were probably slacking on your diet. In order to see the magic of Deca you need 2-3g of protein per day for at least the whole duration of the cycle (and probably 2 weks before and 3 weeks after). For a 200lb person that is 400-600g per day. That is why you didn't get much from Deca (although how do you know that when you were stacking)? Might be something genetic. I can gain 10-15 quality pounds off a deca cycle at 400 mg per week with my routine diet which does not include 300-400 mg of protein. However, I get terrible results from d-bol. I gain some water weight and then lose it all post cycle. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

im not saying the drug is useless in any way, i just don't think my body reacts that well with it and was wondering if anybody else felt the same way. I used denkall brand each time except one where i used the denkall and norma hellas. 2Thick you may be right, i can't really say because it was stacked. I have tried equipoise once during a cutting cycle and my body did respond much better to it, its in my cycle right now. Who knows, my diet was up to par each time i was on. I took 400mg's per week each time also. I think i just love test and take so much i don't feel like i get much from the deca. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Feeling the need to consume 400-600g of protein per day is utterly rediculous. No studies I have ever read even come close to supporting this notion. The biggest factor in developing a positive nitrogen balance is an excess of calories. Protein is secondary...but supplement companies could never admit to that. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Oh, one thing my doctor was talking about the other day.....kidney stones and bodybuilding? They dont mix at all. If you have them very often, its possible you can get a disease, where your body cannot take large amounts of protein, and if you do take it in, then you have very bad kidney problems, and stones. I had a stone a few months ago, but this is just another reason to drink WATER WATER, and more WATER! How would that suck, if your doc said you couldnt eat but 100grams of protein a day! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I say go with what works. Increased calories will only result in increased fat storage after a certain limit. Protein in my opinion is much more important than just caloric intake.
