My buddy gave me my first shot. His hand was shaking so bad it scared me to death. I've done everyone myself from that point on. No problems it becomes second nature. Just look in the mirror, lift your leg off the ground and be sure to relax before you stick. | ||

Try shooting in your delts.....I started shooting in shoulders, it is so much easier, you can watch your every move..sit down, place your elbow on your inner leg, this will relax your shoulder, then give it a whack......very easy | ||

When I go with glute injections my wife usually does it for me but tonight I shot 500 Omna in my right glute on my own because she is pissed off at me. Oh Well... It was a little uncomfortable tweaking my body around while aspirating but the job got done...... "B" | ||

My friend has always done quad injects..I myself would be curios to see an AVI file or perhaps a step by step with pics on how one gives himself a glute shot...and no I just don't want to see anyones ass.. lol ------------------ | ||

believe it or not but a bro of mine actually does have his mom shoot his shit for him!but he is a high level competitor and hasn't been off the shit in a while either. she even bought him a little dorm fridge to keep in his room for all his gear! hell this fuck shoots everywhere too arms delts , quads and is even shootin somethin into his stomach which from shat i hear makes him throw up little! go figure!dude gets nosebleeds everyday and is only 20!but watch out in 5 yrs- if he's still alive he'll be up there- got alot people investing in his future but they don't really even give a shit about him! he won't listen to me. | ||

For glute inj. just lay on the bed prop yourself up with a few pillows, BAM your done the pillows help support your body so you dont have to twist around all uncomfortable like ------------------ | ||

the only reason I shoot in the shoulder is because it is easier to reach and I had a double abcess in my right ass cheek 8 mos ago, so it is sorta mental as well.......I use 23 or 22 gauge only...25 to small for me to push thru | ||
