I was 150 and shredded. All Natural. No sups or even coffee. I ate low cals and always clean. No mass. Finally did first cycle and grew. Still growin. These pics are from 150- 200 Lbs. I am 240 now and will stop at 260 and try to maintain that weight to allow my body to get used to it before I shred down to 225 Lbs. Ripped. Feel free to say what ever you want. Peace. Thanks Kleen! I am waiting on my pics at 240 to be processed. I should have them soon. I will be over 240-250 by then because I am still going upward. I will win the Cal.

I ate around 1,000 cal a day to stay ripped at 150. It sucked, but I still benched 315 at that weight! I now bench 455 03 times without a spotter touching the weight at all! RC ------------------ | ||

I work out at Gold's Gym Hollywood. Not on a diet right now. I like being huge and strong, but hate being/feeling fat.

You look very good compared to when you began (although you looked fit when you began). What is your training like? Also what gear have you used (if any). | ||

Thanks 2thick. I guess I have good genetics, which is why I looked good even before ever touching a cycle. My training is a background in wrestling coupled with diet and weighttraining. Cycles have varied, but have tried mostly every kind, as I live very close to the border. Email me if there is anything else you would like to know. Peace
