Milk thistle helps your liver when taking AS. Usually taken when oral steroids which harm the liver, like anadrol, are being taken. You can get it at any heath store. | ||

milk thistle contains silymarin used for protecting and regenerating liver tissue. Another important liver protector is glutathione. These are a must when using steroids. | ||
