I PUT 2.5 GRAMS OF WINSTROL POWDER IN 50MG'S OF WATER AND I SWIRL IT BUT THE POWDER IS NOT MIXING AT ALL...THIERS NO WAY I CANT TELL IF IM GETTING 50 MG'S/ML...ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Winny is water soluable. It will mix up easy enough when you shake it. It eventually settles out on the bottom, just shake again. If it ain't mixing, it might not be winny (d-bol maybe?).

Winny is not water soluble in water so don't expect it to dissolve. Your winny was probably compressed before or during shipping causing large aggregates or clumps to form. Next time before you mix it with water, try reducing the particle size of the powder by chopping the power with a razor, really chop up any clumps you see. Also don't make so much at once.

But follow Mr. H's advice and shake the living hell out of it and immediately draw out the liquid (before it has time to settle). Your doses will be somewhat variable but that's not that big a deal.
