Are there truly any supplements that anyone has got any real and lasting results with? It seems to me that 95% of all supplements are a hoax. Which ones are for real?

Prohormonal supp's are complete bs.
I stick to creatine,glutamine,a decent protein powder & of course liv52 & milk thistle.
