I've been taking just Deca alone for almost 2 weeks now. I only took 300mg a week these first 2 weeks. But, about the past 8 days my chest has been hurting, and sometimes I find myself having trouble breathing. This has never happened to me before. I've been taking some Vitamin C, and I've drinking orange juice. I really haven't been really that stressed out lately. I still plan on doing 8 more weeks of 400mg. Has anyone ever had this problem?

You know that chest pain you get when you get really stressed out or are about to get busted for something you shouldn't have done? It feels about like that. It comes and goes. It isn't a shocking pain. It feels more like I have someone standing on my chest sometimes. I've never been out of shape, and I'm lean. It's a strange feeling.

I know that feeling! I had it so bad on my last cycle that I fell down on my kitchen floor. It felt like heart attack. Luckily it wasn't. I heard it's from high blood pressure and stress. You might deal w/ your stress by holding it in and that stresses your heart. Stress plus the juice plus the heavey duty lifting really stresses the heart. If anything cut back on your salt intake and try to relax..maybe take a few days off of lifting. Take 2 aspirin just in case it is heart attack. If it persists call a doc immediately! Your health is more important than big muscles. I am also a true believer that water helps almost anything so if I were you I'd start drinking.

How much weight have you gained lately? When I was close to/over 300lbs...I had tight chest and problems breathing a lot. I then got sick and am down a few pounds. Much easier to breathe and get around. Back over 300lbs soon though.

Sounds like a panic attack to me but I'd get it checked out ASAP. Better to hear nothing from a doctor then to be six feet deep. Go to the doctor. Later, Green

well i dont think 600mg of deca are the cause of the problem . I too have had a rib head out of place ( quickly resolved by a Chiro) and had alot of symptoms similar to what you describe . Sounds like some anxiety , first cycle ???

i had the same problem last year. i went to the emergency room, got an ekg, etc. everything was fine. apparently i strained some muscle tissue in my chest doing heavy bench presses. it hurt like hell every time i would breath in. i thought i was having a heart attack. i was given some sort of pain killer for 10 days and no problems after that. i'm not saying to take this lightly. you should definitely see a doctor and get your self checked out. cpa.
