19 years old, preparing for college ball so drug test is a concern. 6' 275lbs, 22% bf. my major goals are to really increase strength and sprinting speed along with cutting a sufficent amount of fat in the process. for my diet i am either going to do that damn body for life shit (i get the mypolex for dirt cheap cuz i got a buddy that works at a gnc) or 2600-2800cal, 130-150carbs, +260 protein, low fat. ok, well here's what i'm stuck on, i'm not sure if i should use equipose or fina in this stack. remember, i want to increase strenght and speed along with cutting fat.

week 1- sust. 500mg whinny 100mg ed
week 2- sust. 500mg whinny 100mg ed
week 3- sust. 500mg whinny 50mg ed
week 4- sust. 500mg whinny 50mg ed
week 5- sust. 750mg whinny 50mg ed T3 25
week 6- sust. 750mg whinny 50mg ed T3 50
week 7- sust. 750mg whinny 50mg ed T3 75
week 8- sust. 750mg whinny 50mg ed T3 50
week 9- sust. none whinny 50mg eod T3 25

i'm gonna run clomid a week after the last sust injenction. oh ya, i'm also going to be doing 1-2 days of cardio and 1-2 days of sprint workouts. basically i was plannin on either going 75mg eod of the fina or 250mg of EQ a week. what do you think? do you think this cycle will produce outrageous acne? thanx for the help bros. cheers

If you want to increase your strength then you got to add dbol in there. 4 wks of it at 40mgs/day for 1st wk then taper down each week. By tapering this way you will be able to keep a fair bit of the strength gain you benefitted from. Use Proviron/Nolva to keep water bloat away and to keep you lean. When you have stopped the dbol use the winny for the remainder of the cycle. It is not the drug that causes you to stay lean or get an increase in bodyfat but more the diet. That is what you need to be concentrating on.

pick one amount of sust per week and keep it there throughout. I would add the fina if you are wanting to loose body fat and become quicker and stronger, its the greatest drug in the world!!! I would also take at least 400-450 grams of protein per day at your body weight. If you want to keep the carbs and fat down, it may hurt your gains a little, but definitely don't cut the protein down!

Start the sust at 750mg, then if your going to go down to 500 do it after 4 weeks.

how should i split up the sust. when i hit 750? cuz i've heard of doing it on monday and then on thursday when doin 500mg a week. shold i just do 500mg on monday and 250 on thursday? or do 250 on monday, wed, and friday?

Try flipping your original cycle Upside Down, and using it that way(it should work better that way too).

-Or-

Not sure if you wanna keep your bodyfat that high for the game or take it down and become leaner... If leaner is the case look no farther than fina, along with the winny. Try fitting some eq in there too if you can, it would compliment your cycle significantly.
Also, you could throw in ECA or clen during the t3 phase towards the end with cardio.

I like The_Iron_Game's advice too.

bro I would go with the fina, from what I have heard it is the best for strength and lean mass, 75mg eod for 6 weeks with sust and winny sounds good to me, id save the eq for later, unless you are going to make your cycle a 10 week cycle then you would start the eq at week 5 300mg a week through to week 10. dont forget thought eq is one of those drugs that last a while in your system and might show up in a drug test!!! later
