I'm three weeks in right now. Using Ref-B at 2cc/day for first two weeks. Tapered to 1.5cc/day starting week three. Sust at 500mg/wk divided in two doses. Wk 3 ends tomorrow. Anticipate being up almost 30lbs. definitley noticable fat and water gains. strength up approx. 30lbs on max bench.

Did 250 sust per week and 25 mg dbol the first 4 weeks of an 8 week cycle. Gained 24 lbs,kept 14. Was my first cycle.

Omnadren - weeks 1-4@500mg; weeks 5-6@250mg
Dbol - Weeks 1,2@30mg; weeks 3,4@25mg; week 5@20mg
Clomid - EOD and ED post cycle

It was my first cycle, I gained 42lb. and kept 25lb. Got way too bloated but I gained almost 100lb. on my bench press. Bodyfat went up, but I've since lost that fat.

Was it worth it? Yes, but I wouldn't do it more than once every few years.

first 4 weeks 2 sust/week, 5 d-bols/day
gained 19lbs
weeks 5-8 3 sust/week, 10 d-bols/day
gained an additional 20lbs
strength gains were unreal the whole cycle, added 65lbs to my bench, 95lbs on my deadlift and 115lbs to my squat
i used russian d-bols and cytohoh sustonons
i used clomid and kept about 22lbs
