Well week one is over and all is going quite well. I'm up 6 1/2lbs. Strength is definetly up a little. Really started noticing some good pumps the last 2-3 days. I'm eating about 3500 calories/day and about 250 to 300 grams of protein. Anyway I gotta go to the gym now. Later!!!

Good work...Depending on your weight you may want to increase your calories. I take in 300g protein and 540g carbs That is 3360 that I count. This does not take into acount any fat calories I would say at least 50 - 100g. That takes me over 4000 calories that I count. I sneak in a few more here and there.

How big are you and what is your cycle. 3500 calories seems quite low unless your around 125 pounds. I'm assuming your bulking judging by the excitement of your gains.

My cycle is,
300mg equipoise/8wks
20mg dbol/wks 1-4
Beginning of the cycle I was 162lbs. Just so you know this is my 1st cycle.
Also I'm almost out of protein and I was wondering what was better, muscle milk or n-large?

N Large for sure when bulking. 52+grams of quality protein / serving and for the price of a 10lb bucket. It would be my first choice.
