this monday i am gonna start my first cycle ever, i have 16 duratestons, 16 cyctohohs, and 2000ml of deca, i can get more easily but it is my first cycle, i am 19yrs old, 6'3", about 250, low teens in body fat i am gonna do either a 8 or 10 week cycle, dont quite know yet, i was gonna add dbol but i will wait to add that, i figure cause this is my first i can add close to 25-30 pounds from this one only, i am gonna do 1 cyctohoh and 1 durateston a week for like i said 8-10 weeks, and i am gonna do the deca at 400mg the first week and 200 all the weeks after, i am gonna pick up some anti-estrogen before i start and ill get some clomid during for post cycle recovery of my boys i would love to hear everyone's comments, etc..... i know alot will say bump up this, bump up that, add that, but i am not an advocate right now, and here is why i am 19, although i know that my first will be my best, i am not going to super de-duper blast my self cause then when i am 23 what the hell will i be doing? 5grams of test a week just for an appetizer? i figure if start at that now, i can get some great mass, then after (i am never using primo, i dont want to lose my hair, i am extremely self conscience about my hair) i will go into maybe some low test doses, maybe some prop, as well as winny, eq, fina, clen, eca, the list goes on i was originally gonna do 500 a week for 8 weeks of sus, 40mg a day for 5 weeks of dbol, and 400mg a week for 8 weeks of deca, but it has come to my attention by a good friend that that is gona be a littl emuch for my first, i want to hit it good, thats why i am gonna do test and deca, but an all out warfare first cycle will not be good, yes, i might gain 40lbs, but i will have to 3x the dose to get even close to the same results, and like i said, i turned 19 late last year, im in my 2nd year at college, and i know i am gonna juice for at least 5-7 years more if not more all your opinions i await, i am really interested IN ALL YOUR THOUGHTS, newbies included <3 ------------------

I'd go back to the original plan --with 500/week of the sust, only difference is do it with a bit less dbol 5-6/day for 5 weeks and 300mg/week, up to 400mg, then back down on the deca. good luck. ...bd | ||

I can tell your happier than a pig in shit gettin ready to start this cycle.. do yourself a favor, take some D Bol the first few weeks of that cycle to get the gains to kick in till the Susta takes over, you'll be glad you did, since its your first, you don't need to much to grow, Id say 4,5,,4 3, on the D Bol if I was you, that is similar to what I did for my second cycle, and it worked great, good luck, and take care. Hey Depp, I have to agree with the bros. If you can, grab some d-bol. I know that you will be waiting for the sust and deca to kick in and the d-bol will put you on right away. The pumps you'll get are awesome. I just finished a cycle very similar to yours except I ran EQ from week 6 to week 10 and gained a solid 33 lbs. If you can't do the d-bol, enjoy the ride (As a good bro said to me). | ||

Hey bro, I also agree that you should throw in some d-bol at the beginning to get a kick start. On my first cycle, I did a sust only cycle at 500mg per week, and boy....I wish I would have gotten some d-bol at the beginning because the sust took awhile to kick in. how many shakes do you guys drink a day? i figure i need around 500grams of protein, and cause ill be at school ill only have 3 meals of 50-60 grams a day, so that means i need like 6 shakes a day, what u guys think ------------------

bro, i liked your original idea much better. You said you had 32 total ampules of 250mg per ml test right. I would do 750mg the first week, then 500 weeks 2-10. Along with 400mg per week of deca all the way through. And 40mg of dball per day for weeks 1-4 and i promise you'll love it!! | ||

Just from personal exp. I took 3 d-bol a day for 33 days for my first cycle. I was 14 or 15 years old. I had great result just from that alone. However now being involve in the stuff for 15 years I agree with using a couple of differnt kinds instead of just one. However I do not thing you need but a shot of 250 about every 5th day. you are going to get great result from your first cycle and it is just my thoughts that you are using/wasting some juice and money by doing this much on you first cycle. | ||

Like everyone else said: Add Dbol! I did a sust only cycle, and the first few weeks felt like I wasn't on anything. I never really felt like I was on, until about the 4th week I noticed the weights felt about 30% lighter, and hey where'd those 10 pounds come from? i started at 20 yrs old and i don't regret it one bit. Although it may be better to wait a few years, i say if you are mentally and physically ready for it, then do it. 250 lbs, you sound like you'll be ok. | ||

kodiak, you like the cycle of 500mg a week and the deca of 400 then 200 till end?? a super reliable guy advised me, he is a great guy you want to know why i trust him?i know all of you may have your 4 stars, guru status, whatever may be, but he is 5 11, almost 3 bills, 2 pack, and i saw him in a t shirt and jeans, and let me tell you, he showed me his shoulder cause he recommends i shoot into my medial delt, and holy shit, how do you spell fucking huge?? i will take the advice of a 300lb monster any day, no offense to anyone here at all, you are all geniouses, but how do you argue with ACTUAL RESULTS, KNOW WHAT I MEAN?? thanks

your regimen is up to you, i said 750mgs only on the first week bro, not all the way through. 500 all the way is a great number also. I just think you should hit it very very hard on your first go round, and that DOES NOT mean you'll need 5 grams to grow when you are 24. One of the biggest guys i know still never goes over a gram of test and hes 34 and been juicing for years! | ||

well dep i through in a mixture of all- 1st set 15reps-2nd set failure at 10-12 reps 3 set 8-10failure and last set 6-8failure and maybe a couple of assisted sets or occasionally a drop set-at first your gonna want to do 20 sets but don't!legs maybe! but arms 12 sets max-back shoulders and chest 12-16 sets max- and legs just kill em.2 days on i off works best for me-ex: day1: chest, bis larger body parts shouldn't take more than 50 min and arms no more then 35. always change routine and do something to shock the muscles every atleast once a month. good luck and eat like the big horse you are! | ||

I agree with jdabull about the cycle. I've actually been on the exact same training cycle that you posted for a few years now. Occasionally I switch it up for confusion but after a while, soreness makes me come back to the same old 2 on 1 off cycle, and it has always worked well, giving my body the perfect amount of rest. |
