I competed in my first show last May and neither my diet nor my lifting routine were the problem. It was my body hair. After shaving, it would come back one or two days later. Waxing didn't help much, niether did Hair Away cream. I know it is probably genetics, but is there any other solution to this. I am new to this discussion board so alot of you might not know me. If any of you have a suggestion it would be highly appreciated.

It is a common problem. Many pros shave everyday. Electrolisis can work but it is not 100% guaranteed and it is expensive. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Just have to live with it. and I swear gear adds to the thickness after each cycle. I used to not have it on my lats, now I do. Chicks love hairy muscled chests, but get turned off my back hair. Guess its the same as guys freaking at hairy legs on babes. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
