Right now I'm leaning more towards the Protein Factory style of boxing. Considering I'm not making much off of this, I just can't see paying 3-5 dollars a piece for plastic containers. There are a lot of people that want to buy 20-30lbs at a time too and it would be impossible to ship out that many containers. So,for simplicity's sake and to make it more cost efficient, I'm probably going with sacks of protein in boxes.
I talked to a bro on this board that works at a company that sets up businesses to take credit cards. It's going to cost me $130 bucks just for a one time fee, plus $50 a month plus a percentage of all the sales. I don't think that I'm going to have enough capitol to start off taking credit cards. It may be a while before I can get that system set up.
And taking checks are so risky. For one, if the check is bad, I don't get paid for all the powder that I shipped out. Another thing is, the bank bills me for the check bouncing. It would cost me 2.5% of all my sales to have the checks guaranteed by a guarantee service. So I'm probably not going to be able to accept checks for a while.
So it looks like all that I'm going to be able to take is money orders and cash starting off. I will in the future take cards and checks, but that will have to wait until after I sell enough protein to afford it.
How does everyone feel about sending cash through the mail? I know that people normaly don't like to, but most of the people that will be buying this protein mail cash all the time to sources. Afterall, it's guaranteed if you send it certified.

Bros, if you have any suggestions about getting this thing kicked off good, I'm all ears.

I'm going to be sending out a memo to everyone that requested sample to tell them when the protein goes on sale.
