Okay to start off, I'm not new to this board, I simply had to re-register b/c i forgot my original username(I've been on for a few months now.) I've been lurking around for a little while now and have learned a great deal of info in general on AS and would first off like to say thank you to everyone for this. Okay now down to my question: I'm 18 6' 179lbs. with mid-low teen body fat(no six-pack, but no extra fat) I've been training hard for two years now and before that for one year semi-strictly. I've supplemented with creatine and bcaa's in the past and currently use only protein.
It's been in my mind for awhile to try AS and i have finally decided I am going to. I intend to purchase a quantity of ref-b and deca, as well as some clomid and nolvadex since these are pretty much the only things available to me. I intend to run the cycle for around 8 weeks. It will be my first one, but luckily I am being aided by two friends who have done several. With their help and the aid of the archived posts on this board I've come up with a possible cycle and was wondering what the problems with it would be. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also when and what dosages should the clomid and nolvadex be at?

Week~~~~~~~~~~~~~Reforvit-~~~~~Deca
Week One~~~~~~~~1cc/day
Week Two~~~~~~~~1cc/day
Week Three~~~~~~1cc/day
Week Four~~~~~~~1cc/day~~~~~~~~200mg/wk
Week Five~~~~~~~1cc/day~~~~~~~~300mg/wk
Week Six~~~~~~~~1cc/day~~~~~~~~~400mg/wk
Week Seven~~~~~~1cc/day~~~~~~~~~300mg/wk
Week Eight~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~200mg/wk

P.S. I intend to start in mid-late Jan. and hence will be running this close to spring break holiday, so i intended to do a bulking diet for first 6 weeks, and then for last 2 weeks of cycle, plus 3 weeks after drop the carbs low? Should this be done or does it sound counter-productive? Thanks again in advance.

personally I would wait a couple of years and let your body continue to develop you are only 18 give it some time. I did my first cycle when I was 18 and wish I would have waited a few years. I know you wont so I would personally up the Reforvit to 1-1/2 or 2cc a day I am on it currently and you wont be disappointed. Their are people on this board much more knowledgeable about A/S than I am im sure they will be able to answer the rest of your questions.

Personaly I dont think you should use yet. At 6' and only 179 you can gain alot more muscle naturally. You need to eat more. But if you insist. Here you go, I tweaked it in a litle. Simple affective first cycle.

wk---refb------deca
1----1cc/d-----400mg
2----1cc/d-----400mg
3----1cc/d-----400mg
4----1cc/d-----400mg
5----1cc/d-----400mg
6--------------400mg
7--------------300mg
8--------------200mg

Clomid from day one at 50mg/eod and week 9 &10 @100mg/ed.

Hold the nolvadex just incase you need it.
(20mg/day)

If your gonna diet down use clen to help preserve your gains. You may not need to if you eat clean during your cycle.

In week six you will start to loose some waterwight from the refb, don't get discouraged, keep lifting hard. You will be left with quality muscle in the end.

18-6'179 no way!i could have ya up 25 lbs in 6mths naturally!do you actually feel that you have fully peaked at these stats?i remember whwn i was 18 i could grow just by jerkin off and eatin right!dude eat like a horse lift 4-5days wk and don't overtrain.sounds like to me you want the perfect huge ripped body by spring break?either you want to get big or get ripped you can't do both at once!get on the bike get ripped for spring break and after that if you want to start bulking up then consider AS and go balls out eating and lifting!good luck!

bro i know your ambition is definitely sincere. but at 18 your growth plates have not fully matured. if you keep training hard for the next two years you will develop a muscle base with much more maturity than tha t at present. bro you would do so much better to wait. but you do what you want. later

I know you feel impatient and your friends have done several courses already but as most of the bros have advised you; you should wait a couple more years. I know it is hard if your friends are growing so much, but ask yourself one question - Do you really want to reach your maximum potential as a bodybuilder? If you do, wait.

At least give it two more years. It isn't that long to wait but the maturity will be a huge difference. You can't rush your progress. In two years you will be twenty or so. Still very young but I guarantee you will be far more knowledgeable and much more mature. That will make your cycle so much more rewarding.
