I am switching routines as i was advised that i will do much better if i do only one muscle group a day. I also plan to do cardio at least 3 times a week. My question however is if i work my legs every tuesday and thursday, twice a week, will they build. How many times a week should i work my legs????? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If legs are underdeveloped work them twice but split it between hamstrings and quads so that you work them equally as hard. Mon or tuesday quads saturday Hamstrings. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
