I am switching routines as i was advised that i will do much better if i do only one muscle group a day. I also plan to do cardio at least 3 times a week. My question however is if i work my legs every tuesday and thursday, twice a week, will they build. How many times a week should i work my legs?????

If legs are underdeveloped work them twice but split it between hamstrings and quads so that you work them equally as hard. Mon or tuesday quads saturday Hamstrings.

Look for the program that Yates published in 1999 November or september issue of Flex. It's a great article and a great base program.
