This is my first cycle ever - I am just starting week four of sustanon- noticing some nipple soreness. I haven't taken any anti estrogen yet. I was told to start novaldex every day on the fourth week. Is this right? Did I wait too long? Is the sorness normal? Will I look like Britney Spears soon? Should I kill myself now or wait till my boobies grow? Any advice appreciated. DDT

Who told you to wait until the 4th week? By all means start it now. If you have it just slightly go at 20mg a day if its painful hit it at 40mg/day.

Slopain's right, that 4wk thing is crap. If you feel them, start it now or buy a sports bra. Nike makes some nice ones.
