Cycle:
500mg of Sust for 8 weeks
400mg of Ultragan for 10 weeks
Clomid ED post cycle

Start: 255lb. 12%bf
Week 1: +7lb. (262lb.)
Week 2: +14lb. (269lb.)
Week 3: +19lb. (274lb.)
Week 4: +24lb. (279lb.)
Week 5: +27lb. (282lb.)
Week 6: +31lb. (286lb.)
Week 7: +27lb. (282lb.)
Week 8: +30lb. (285lb.)


If you are looking at this and wondering if I made an error, I didn't. I lost 4lb. last week, I took a vacation to California, didn't eat much and I didn't lift at all for 4 days. Remind me not to do that again. On the good side, I lost a little water retention I was holding onto. I managed to get 3 of the 4lb. back without adding any fat or water, this past week. My strength is about the same and I can tell my body is telling myself its time to get off the sauce for a couple of months (just until March 1st). But I'm not too disappointed with my cycle 30lb. gain right now isn't too shabby. Believe it or not no one believes I'm on a cycle right now, because last time I got so bloated and they knew right away, but not this time!! I think I can keep 95% of my weight gained off this cycle since I've already had a big water loss. I'll keep ya posted....

First Cycle was 6 weeks of Omna@500mg and 5 weeks of Dbol tapering at 30mg. I took 4 months between cycles.

Bulking Cycles I usually eat about 6000 calories a day give or take a few hundred. I don't do any cardio on Bulking Cycles.

Cutting Cycle (which I don't like to do) consist of about 4000 cals with medium to heavy cardio every other day. My cutting cycles aren't really cycles, its an ECA and Winny if I feel like it. I eat clean "off" cycle and eat whatever I want when I'm bulking. I've found this works best.

On a cycle I train:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Back, Traps
Day 3: Chest, Shoulders
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Off
Day 7: repeat

Off cycle I train:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Back, Traps
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Chest, Delts
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Off
Day 7: repeat
