all this talk aobut which stacks,how much to train,all these diff drugs to choose from.

The reality is you dont grow from juice or lifting in themselves. YOu grow from food. What I didnt realize for many years was unless you make a full time job of eating youre not gonna grow how you want,juice or not.

The amt of food is much more impt than training or drugs.So my point is if you have to choose from training 5 times a week and eating 3 times a day versus training 3 times a week and eating 6x a day. Choose the food everytime.
