The Fed Govt won't touch it, it's all up to each state. Someone from PA should answer you, but if not just try to buy them, you can't get arrested for that. Mail order is also and option. | ||

I believe you can in PA, some states you cannot. I can just go right into the pharm and buy them, no questions asked. I lived in Pitt. for awhile and Im sure they have needle exchanges there, you can get them there no problem. They dont want dirty needles going around the city ya know? WCP ------------------ | ||

Yes, needles and syringes are legal. You can go to your local Rural King and get 3 6cc syringes for $2 and 6 needles from size 18 to 24 guage in everything from 3/4 of an inch to 1.5 inch for $1.89. They aren't even behind the counter. They are just on the wall right in the middle of the store. They don't even ask you what they are for. They're pyrogenic and sterile. Really cheap too. | ||

Well, E6286 lives pretty close to where I live and I haven't found anywhere around here that will sell them. Neither has anyone I know. We always go to the local "Quality Farm and Fleet" and get them. They never ask questions. Never seen a needle exchange program around here either. I think they'd rather see all the junkies infect each other and die than give out pins. | ||

states decide chief, most are pretty lenient if you're caught. mostly a misdemeanor; some states hit you with drug paraphenelia though. ------------------ | ||

It all dependson the state. e.g. in california (and 3-4 other states) it is illegal to even posess a syringe without a prescription. It's fucked. http://www.carecenter.com is good for ordering. | ||

It's legal in Georgia. Some pharmacies won't sell them to you but all you have to say is that's it not aginst the law in GA and they will sell them to you. I just went to Drug Emporium two days ago and bought some 1"23G no questions asked. | ||
