Hey whasahapenin' I'm debating on if I need gear or not. My only goal is to be able to kick a football 65 yards. I'm 22, 6-0, 180 pounds, and about 6%BF... I can already kick it 55 yards but not every kick. I'm pretty damn strong naturally. I don't know what my bench is up to but I do one-arm bent-over dumbbell raises with 100 pounders for 10 reps(4 sets), so I'm strong as fnuck... just kinda scrowny, you know! Do you think taking gear would help out my kick or not? If I take it I'm gonna make sure to stay real flexible. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah, you could use some deca. Lot's of good food... Big kickers are better, look at Sebastian Janekowski, even though he's not doing so hot in the pro's. He was a big bad mofo at Florida State... Always jacked. But it's your decision man, I don't really want to be the one to tell you that you need juice or anything. Read some stories on www.anabolicsteroids.com ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'm not a kicker, but love to do it for fun. I used to punt about 45-50yds in the air at your size, but now, 5 or so years later, after alot of lifting and a moderate amt of cycles, I'm 6'1 235-240 and can launch some well over 60yds once in a while. And I dont have much flexibility, at least not like being able to kick over my head, or even my shoulders, chest, hell...even my stomach...he he Strong quads will definitely aid in your kicking distance, hence, steriods will definitely aid in obtaining strong quads, very strong quads !!! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Deca would be great for the joints. By brother was a good punter. I'd recommend lots of stretching and high rep (15-20) squats, leg presses, leg curls and extensions. I'm not sure how much roids would benefit you, but you might be able to get more brut strench behind your punts. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Punter, Whass up bro? When your lifting, get on one of the pully machines at the gym. They should have a strap that you can put on your ankle. Stand away from the machine and do straight leg raises as high as you can. Just like you would be punting a ball. This will work the front of your kicking leg and the back of your planting leg. You can also try to hold on to something, which would let you lift more weight. Don't forget to do both legs. And most important of all is to work on your abs. Trust me on the abs thing. Good Luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

You can take gear and you might kick a ball further but i'm sure you can say that some of your best kicks are ones in which you just stroked the ball; not killed it.
As long as the latter two are perfect, you punts will almost always turn over no matter how hard you kick it. Andy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Stay away from Deca if you're in the NCAA. ...bd ![]() ![]() ![]() |
