To my knowlege, there has never been one shread of evidence from reasearch in humans that proves it doesn anything at all. The way that I understand it, it works in the test tube but not in vivo applications. If it did block estrogen it would probably be considered a drug. I'd say don't waste your money. If it's legal, it probably doesn't do much. Big Brother wouldn't want people that care about their body have anything to help them reap more benefits of their workouts. The bigger we get, the worse it makes them look. And the more their wives and girlfriends want to have an affair with us. Since they are too lazy to bust their butts in the gym, they want to outlaw anything that will benefit people that do. Remember this and it will save you a lot of dough.
Creatine is an exception, they tried to ban that through spreading propaganda just because some kid was using it and willfully dehydrating himself to get into a lower weight class and he died. But they couldn't find anyway to ban it because it was just a dietary supplement.
