I have a small amount of fatty tissue around my nips...i thinks its a little gyno from puberty...but it doesn't get bigger when on a cycle. Anyways, its barely noticable....except to me. And I'd like to know if there are any exercises that can tighten up my lower chest, and possible tighten up that skin around my nipple. Any suggestions. Another strange thing is that when my nips get cold, the skin tightens up on its own....no loose fat. Please advise

Maybe Decline Bench Press. I believe that surgery might be the only permanent solution.

I think trying to find an exercise to solve your problem area is a lot like doing crunches to tighten your stomach, even though you are 16% bf.

I don't think decline benches or dips are going to be the answer. Trust me, I feel your pain. I'm in the same situation with the chest area. I have a lot of chest mass and I bench close to 450, but unless my nips are contracted my chest looks like hell (at least in my opinion). Thats why I don't think working the area will make a difference.

I would say get your bodyfat as low as you possibly can, then re-evaluate the situation.

thanks Stone. Problem is that I'm in the middle of my bulking cycle right now...so the intense dieting and cardio will have to wait. Maybe I'll snap some pics of my nips and you guys can evaluate

I dont think this needs to be said but I will anyway. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Want to lose body fat in the midsection? Lower your overall bodyfat. Although I hear in South america surgery is pretty common place. Anyone here have gyno surgery and if so how was it?

try doing craig titus fav. chest exercise. Cant remember the name for the life of me. But you use the low cable pulleys, and pull upward and inward. It works very very good and gives you great definition in your lower and outer chest area.

Super set decline flyes with dips keeping the body perfectly vertical and with chin on upper chest.
