I have been on DNP for 4 days now, and noticed very little sweating, so I raised the dosage from 400 mg to 600 mg and still very little sweating, it is more of just a sticky hot feeling on my body. If I am not sweating very much is my body still holding water? Or in otherwords does DNP make my body hold water or does excessive sweating make you hold water. It is true DNP, for it has all the characteristics described by other people on this board. I did lose weight, but I am still wondering if I am holding water. Thanks for the imput! | ||

first of, how big are you? this effects the amount of DNP you need to use. you need to be off the DNP for about 3-4 days for all the water retention to go away. around this time when your muscles fill up with glycogen, you supposed to look really good. | ||

Keep your H2O intake very high. I don't sweat as much as it is a feeling of hot stickiness(like you said). Wait until the cycle is over, about 3-5 days, and you will see a marked improvement. I would sweat more at night while I was sleeping than when I was awake. | ||

My water intake has been very high, for I have read the posts and done tons of studying on this shit. I am 200 lbs and I was 206 when I starte, water intake is about 1.5 gallons a day, I know all about water retention, but do you hold water if your not sweating a whole bunch? Thanks for all the replys. | ||

i'd say sweating alot could only temporary relieve water retention when you are on a substance that causes it. example: it doesn't matter how much your ass sweats on anadrol, you are gonna be bloated as fuck. i havn't started DNP yet but will soon. so is it really not all that bad? people keep saying what hell it is, but for some it seems like it is almost a piece of cake. | ||

d1734, they say your fist time is one of the easiest. I am not sure, but I have felt pretty good, especilly when I take it with an ECA. I am not at all saying it isn't dangerous, for I am still very careful with it. I do feel very hot with it, but I am in pretty good shape, just finished football, but want to drop some stubborn fat, still not a lot of sweating just, a clamy feverish felling, working out is harder cause you feel sluggish- I finish my cycle on Friday so I will post before and after pics on Tuesday or Wednesday to see final results of my first cycle. The first 4 days on DNP are usually pretty easy, the sweating and discomfort usually kick in around day 5. Keep that water intake high. | ||

Day 5 is what separates the men from the boys. That is when the insomnia normally kicks in and you sleep in a pool of sweat. I am normally moist all day while on DNP and have hot flashes often. I just finished an 8 day cycle this week and I had my fan on high and my windows open while it was snowing outside and I still soaked my bed with sweat. If you want to get the DNP to kick in faster you can load 600mg for the first day or two then drop to 400mg. DNP always makes me bloated throughout the cycle and for about 5 or so days after I finish. I just tried DNP while on a cutting cycle and it worked better than ever. While I had less endurance in the gym, I still had decent strength and could get through my workouts. I was breathing like a sprinter all through my workouts but so far I am 6 lbs down and the water retention hasn't gone away yet. My muscles are flat as hell but that is to be expected with low glycogen levels. I highly recommend the use of DNP with steroids while cutting up. To answer the rest of your question, the bad sides will come with time so I would stick with 400mg for now. The safe range of use is around 3-5mg per kg of bodyweight. Don't forget that the half life of DNP is really over 36 hours so if you are taking 200mg every 12 hours and you are 100kg then you will have 5mg/kg and not the 4mg/kg that you are taking each day. I feel that the half life of DNP is much longer than 36 hours and that the sides build up with time due to increasing blood levels of DNP from improper dosing schedules. Stay low on the doses and increase them only after you become familiar with the effects of DNP on your body. I stick with 400mg per day and I weigh 230lbs so it seems like 600mg for a 200 lb person is a little much. giantset ------------------ | ||

Personally, i didnt sweat much on DNP but i did get hot as hell and uncomfortable. Try to keep the pee as light as possible, even though the DNP will dye the piss. Just dont let it get to the thick dark as hell piss. | ||

I am gonna go with what you said on the halflife- I have heard that some take it every 24 hours- I know I have lost weight- i can look in the mirror and see it- and I keep my window open at night with 25 degree temp (farenheit) and still just a little sticky- I don't feel too hot, but I am also staying away from as many carbs as I can! what's your B/F% , it seems that higher B/F% means it takes more time for the DNP to kick in (also it tends to stay active longer). i didnt felt shit till day 5, and only after i finished the cycle (10 days) started to realy sweat . MAKE SURE U DONT O.D.- things that can kill u whit this is ODing and not drinking. |
