Been on ECA stack for 2 days.. i've already lost 5lbs of water, and I haven't been hungry so im not eating a whole lot.. I feel weak as shit! =( Does ECA do this to everyone? Especially when I get done working out, I just want to sleep, I have no food cravings.. Its hard just to make myself drink a shake after I workout.

Usually, I get increased energy on ECA, at least during the workout time. You need to drink tons of water on ECA before, during and after. Keep in mind, you will lose more weight by drinking more water, and you'll have less atrophy if you're not dehydrated.

I tend to get tired in between doses of ECA. But it does tend to increase metabolism, so it can make you hungry. Does your ECA also have a appetite suppressant? Which one are you using, or do you make your own?

Also, how long are you training for?

Yea, dry chicken breast when you are not hungry sucks(more than usual).I just force myself to eat. How much are you taking. You may back off some and work your way up in dosage. That may help.

It makes me weak as well. Any diuretic makes me weak. Give me clomid and eca at the same time and I dry up like a desert but I am lucky to handle the bar Any time I loose water I get significantly weaker.

Funny I use ECA as an appetite supressor while on EQ for cutting. Dries me out though, drink beaucoup h20. The caffeine dosage is enough to act as a mild diuretic.

Im using Xenadrine. I drink alot of water while im taking it. I workout no more then 1 hour in the mornings, 4-5 days/week. (also on test cyp) I do 30 minutes cardio 4 nights/week. I feel like im living off of protein shakes, thats about all I can make myself eat. I can eat a big breakfast because I eat before I take the ECA. But once I start taking it, the rest of the day im not hungry.. at least thats how the past 2 days have been. I get alot of energy when im working out, but I crash in between doses.

by the way, im taking the recommended dosages. 2 pills in morning, 2 pills mid-afternoon. Its just depressing as hell.. when I was eating everything in sight, just 1 week ago I was strong as a motherfucker.. I broke all of my old lifts.. I was doing squats today, and its all I could do to squat 315 x 10 reps....

I guarantee the loss in strength is due to dehydration. Drink extra water along with some creatine, glutamine and Ribose and watch your strength go back up.

Focus on water, and make sure to take a MRP or protein shake right after your workouts. Try to space your doses out so you don't crash. It's kind of a catch 22 , because you also don't want to exceed recommended dosages for many reasons you've probably already heard. (dangers of ephedra)

If you think you're tired now wait til you come off of it. BTW, if it works for you, try to take 2 days a week off of it, otherwise you'll be required to keep taking more, due to increased tolerance.

I think im gonna take Sat & Sun off, and do 1 hour of cardio both days to keep me burning the cal's. I was hoping to get down to 220 and be fairly solid but considering i've lost 5lbs in 2 days...... it looks like im gonna go below 220.. i don't wanna be small again! =( lol

Lack of strength is due to significant loss of calories intake.ECA does suppress appetite greatly,especially with the first time users.It should boost your metabolism and give you energy about one hour after you take it,but won't last long,if you don't eat.What you can do about it? Take it once daily,only before workout.Drink shakes loaded with carbs,right before and right after workout,may be even later at the same day.
You have to force yourself to eat.Adjust your diet,so you don't have "dry chicken breast" on it,be creative and add dishes that you always liked,but clean ones.
Don't expect from yourself that you'll be able to eat same as before ECA,the whole point of it is that it's appetite suppresunt,and increase your metabolism,also it's mild anti-catabolic,so if you eat to mantaine most of the weight loss will be from water and fat,so you suppose to harden up,and lean up a little.

i need to go to the store and buy some tuna and peanuts.. im trying to keep carbs around 100-150g/day. but i have a feeling my calorie intake is too low, so i'll throw in some more fat.

i agee with panerai. If you've already lost 5 lbs. in 2 days, some of it is definitely muscle. If you're adding cardio, don't cut back on calories too much or you'll end up 220, but with the same %age of bf.

I doubt my body would start losing muscle this quick. When weight comes off that quick 9 times out of 10, its water. Right now im on 400mg/test. Im pretty sure its not muscle.

You say all your eating is protien shakes.
I wonder if you need mineral supplements:
magnesium, calcium, phosphorus
The water is washing all that out and it's not being replaced. Can make a lot of difference in your strength.
