I have a question for the people who have trainning logs.
DO any of you have Logs for the computer or a program so a person can track their stats diet lifts ,Shoot.
If not I guess I'll make one Just lookinf first.

I'm certified with ISSA and they are constantly trying to get me to order "The Trainer's Edge" software program...I still
prefer to use Microsoft Excel. Check it out
at issaonline.com, under "Pro Trainer".

Interesting post.. Especially since I was just thinking the same thing. If you find one let me know.
I just made a simple diet, cal,carb,pro,fat
calculator in x-cel, but would love to see other ideas.

use ms access. it has a custom database in it for training. excel is just a spreadsheet.

office 2k doesnt have the training program but office 97 does. I think the fat ass geeks at MS took it out to make room for some twinkie and porn database or something.
