First my pre-contest cycle post gets deleted, and then, the post that was put up yesterday about L-Glutathione, & Calcium d Glucarate was deleted also. I have looked and looked and cannot find them. I guess there is no way to help this from happening, when nobody knows who is behind it. I think its pretty pathetic, that posts just all the sudden 'disapear'. Oh well, whoever posted the liver post, it was good! ------------------     | ||

I gave up... If the "glitch" doesn't want my info Its no loss to me just others trying to learn I have the basics down and or the rest I go else where.. Its worthless to post real info here For me at least it allways gets "glitched" after a couple hours. All I can say is save it to disk and keep posting it. JAy | ||

Well, whoever the person is that posted it, i cannot remember their UserName, but if they still had the information, i know it would be very useful to a lot of the guys on the board. Maybe he can get it back up. ------------------ | ||

Jay is right. Saving things to a disk is the only sure way to keep them. You never know if your gonna come back to the board the next day and find something gone or not. It sucks, but what can we do? ------------------ | ||
