I'm fascinated by the vikings. They were powerful warriors and I was just reading about this and thought it was interesting. There are these mushrooms called "fly agaric" mushrooms, that look red and have white spots on the top. Apparently the vikings would take these mushrooms before battle to give them immense strength and rage, and I guess a sense of invincibility. No wonder they were such warriors.
