Well as most of you guys are aware steroids in the UK are legal for personal use. Is this the case? I believe in 1996 a new law was passed that made possesion and personal use an offence, however I understand not many people are ever arrested or charged when caught with small quantities on them. Can anyone clarify this issue for me please. ------------------     | ||

Well Im not sure about that.........but this may help you.......around 15 months back my training partner ordered , i think it was, 25 sust 250,300 dianabols and 2 boxes of clomid. The source country was Poland. UK customs got hold of the package and sent a letter to my friend asking im to confirm that its for personal use ONLY. He signed the letter sent it back and by the 3rd day had his gear in his hands | ||

Hi mate. Yup, I remember that shitty occurance in 1996. Ok, A/S's are Class C drugs (Scedule 4). This means puts them in EXACTLY the same catagory as Diazapam. The MAXIMUM term for dealing a Class C drug such as A/S's is 6 months (including 'Intent to supply'). I don't personally know of anyone that's ever gone to prison for this but I know there have been some. Possesion... well, if you've not got a history of drug related crime the chances are they will let you of the first time. After that we're talking fines, then community and so on. Hope this helps.
