Hey bro, as ya know Im not a dnp user but found this, and it is in mo particular order: It's vitally important to drink copious amounts of water while on DNP to avoid dehydration from the excessive sweating induced by DNP. It's also important to stay as cool as possible at night while sleeping. Keep your house as cold as possible and aim at a fan at yourself at night. By day three of a DNP cycle it becomes difficult to make it through a normal days activities. Most users will find it difficult to continue on their normal workout schedule due to the extreme lethargy experienced while using DNP. This is one of the primary reasons why DNP cycles are kept very short.

Bro, drink AT LEAST 1 litre(4 large glasses) of water with every meal, this will give the minimum of water. But you will proberably feel thirsty all the time, when I'm on DNP - I ALLWAYS carry a 1 litre bottle with me, wherever I go. What goes for calories, for most people 2000-2500 calories is good. Email me if you have any questions, I'll help you out. Mike H / VIKING OF THE NORTH. ------------------ |
