I PICKED UP SOME VITAMIN B12 IN MEXICO FOR THE HELL OF IT BECAUSE I HEARD IT GIVES YOU AN EXTREME ENERGY RUSH. wHAT DO YOU GUYS USE IT FOR?      | ||

you got it "thebull", i not sure how others use it but 1500mcmg is good for me. i like to do 3 shot of 500mcmg 2-3 times a week. love it | ||

b-12 is initially prescribed for elderly people... for the above reasons. | ||

It also decreases the pain (somewhat) when injecting suspensions like Stanosus. | ||

Got some at the feed store last week. $3.95 for 50ml 50mg/ml. Only thing I have noticed is an increase in hunger and maybe less oily skin. But Im only taking 50mgs E3D. . | ||

1000mcg about 2 or 3 times/week 15min prior to workouts. It gives me a noticible pump when I'm not on a cycle. Appetite increase is noticed too. | ||
