Let's see.. 16 weeks total. Lost about 25 pounds. Went from a size 40 waist to a size 32 waist. Snacks? no.. I kept total cals below my BMR, tried to eat 5 times a day. I lived on tuna, white meat chicken, flax seed oil, mayo, pork skins, and protein powder, plus an assortment of vitamins. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Best snack- beef jerky I usually don't stay on for more than 2 or 3 weeks at a time - when I use this w/ECA or Clen my bf% plummets rapidly. Affects my workouts too much and I get all aggravated, but if I keep carbs below 30g it works very very well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
