This spring I am looking to totally transform my look and really dedicate myself to loosing the fat I have gained on my 2 bulking cycles. I will be taking Fina/Equip/Winny/Test/T3/Clen -and a little 10 day experiment with DNP. This is a 10 week cycle I want to make the most of it. I know how to train and eat but I would like to know the maximum amount of cardio I can do to lose fat. Since I have all these anabolics running through me I figure I can do more. I am 5'10" 280 with about 20% BF. I am holding a lot of mass and I don't look fat for a guy that claims to have 20%. I will be looking to lose 30-40 pounds. I have seen some competitors do cardio every single day for 8 weeks while on gear and they shed unbelieable amounts of fat and ended looking like granite. Does anyone have input on what the upper most limit would be before it becomes counterproductive. I know when I train natural I can do cardio 4 times per week for 40 minutes while using ECA and I don't lose muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It seems like a lot but I have seen people do this much and get ripped without losing much muscle. I wonder how much gear they were on to hold it. Would you do this routine 4-5 days a week? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I like to keep cardio at the bare mnimum so I don't jepordize holding onto my mass. I go with 1 hour a day five days a week. Just a moderate intensity. I break a sweat in the last ten minutes. I rely on diet really. If the diet is right on then there shouldn't be a big need for cardio at all let alone endless hours. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

hey bro shoot me an email, I am in the same boat as u, 5 11" at 265 around 20% I'm starting the diet in a week or so. Maybe we can swap some ideas, I already have 90% of it planned out, might add some dnp. Later, ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

This may sound obvious but cardio only burns some calories. You keep you coloric intake at a debt and youll loose fat. Your test and what not should help you maintain the muscle. There are alot of things that your body does to respond to cardio. If you just lift and worry about loosing mass, and not do cardio, worry about a heart attack and how much mass you loose when your dead. With good cardio your workout can be more intense. So I like twice aday after about 40 mins your body will start to tap into adipose tissue. I would have a litte carbos before after and maybe even during the reason being your body will use the CHO to mobilize more fat. Most important really is your diet when it comes to fat loss. Also keep in mind that body fat measuring is not alway accurate, use it to measure progress rather than a comparison. Try and have the same person measure you everytime. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
