When i'm working out i feel that i can work out for four hours,but you guys tell me that i'm over training,Why do i feel so under trained?Currently taking 5 pink d-bol and 500mg sust 250 I'm just started wk. four.
I work out heavy too.not light and less weight.Heavy all the way

thats d-bol for you. It is a fairly common reaction. intensity is the key. If your intensity is high and you aren't bsing too much you should be out in less than 1.5 hours. Remember that overtraining is a great way to hurt yourself and that would ruin your parade. workout hard, eat hard, and rest hard.
