Ok, where to start. I stopped my last cycle 4 weeks in due to the sides I was suffering, (very bad acne on face, caused by winny, high blood pressure, very painful stretch marks and shortage of money for food. I have been off for almost 2 wks now & will be taking 1 more week off (a total of 3) with heavy clomid use for all 3 wks, before starting the above cycle. I do not suffer or have never suffered from gyno so proviron primarily used to keep water retention down and help combat other sides associated with aromatization. I am looking to add some solid lean mass without too much fat gain. Now for the tricky part, my metabolism is very quick, on my last cycle (which was cut short) I was eating 5-6000 calories / day and protein + 300. I am looking to break the 285lb mark with this cycle and I believe if everything is done correctly it will be possible. I am currently at 250. Kept 5 lbs of solid mass from last cycle 2 wks out and no gym for 14 days, just home excercises (gym shut for most of Christmas holidays). Also lost 7.3lbs of fat. This time round I am going to try to consume in excess of 7500 calories / day split into 10 meals and snacks. Obviously with larger calories coming in after training and for breakfast. I will wake in the middle of the night to have a protein shake and while up I will also take 5mgs of dbol at that time. I am looking forward to this cycle but wish to turn to the more experienced people on the board for a little bit of advice. I am wanting to save as much money on food as possible, any tips. Also if there is anything that you can critisize in my cycle then please do so. My ears are all open. Will the eq and dbol be enough to give me the appetite of eating that much or should B 12 be used to make sure. If there is anything that you would do to improve it, please let me know and also the reasoning behind the changes. Slopain if you read this, I remember a previous post of yours. You took accutane same time as cycle and had no probs. Were aa 17�s used in the cycle and did you have liver values tested? What were the results. I suffer quite bad from acne when on so am trying to do everything possible to prevent or lessen the likelyhood of an outbreak. I have some Liv52 should I follow instructions or should different amounts be used when cycling? I train 4 days/ wk for 90 minutes/workout of intense training. I also sleep at least 8 hours a night. That cycle looks good but I can't see how you suffered such sides from winny..sounds like test suspension..what type of winny was it? Assuming those sides were from winny, then I would expect you to have terrible acne, stretch marks, high blood pressure, etc from this cycle. What was your last cycle and why do you attribute your sides with the winny? | ||

Forgot to add..clomid is notorious for acne..especially at 2 tabs/day. | ||

So you did a test/d-bol/a-50/winny stack and you attribute the sides with winny? I can't see this being the case. Every steroid in your next cycle will cause more acne than winny. Arimidex is great for eliminating water retention while still allowing for great gains. | ||

Just curious why you're putting the clen at the very end of your cycle, but the T3 in the beginning? Don't these two work best together? Please let me know. | ||

pd, i think his thoughts are this: the t-3 will keep the body burning more calories cuz he is eating so much, it will also help with moderate protein synthesis...
I-G... i'd bet the winny wasnt the cause of the problems either... but cutting your last cycle short MIGHT cause this new cycle to not be quite as effective as your wanting... i did somewhat the same thing the beginning of december, due to injuries... i am heeled (kinda) now so i am starting a mild deca/test cycle... if you want that 285, why not rest the body for a few more weeks, do some major cardio and fat burning, then hit it hard... maybe you get to 270, but already have 10lbs less fat.... that would be more impressive.... as for other advice, i have none... it seems to me that your just thinking out loud and you know what is best for your body. | ||

Regarding the issue of saving money on food...There was an issue of Muscle Mag that addressed that very matter. The author reflects on his days as a weight training athlete at the university of Hawaii. He suggest lots of hard boiled eggs eaten at regular intervals,peanut butter,tuna,and bread. Try adding icecream to your protein shakes for an inexpensive calorie boost. Regarding protein shakes, I think timing is the most important factor in getting the most out of them. Not everyone can afford to drink 4 of them a day but 2 well placed ones can give great results. Consider one post workout and another before bed or in the middle of the night like you mentioned. Old school,high calorie weight gainers are much more affordable these days and can serve you well during bulk cycles. One of these before bed works wonders. Addtionally, if you are concerned about water retention watch sodium intake and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Best of luck with your cycle Mike | ||

Krusher, It is not the winny caused all those problems. I have been on abombs, dbol, test before. However as soon as I add the winny in I start breaking out all over my face. I dont mind having acne on back, chest, shoulders to a certain extent but on my face, I simply cannot stand it. I postedis and many people have complained about the spots they get from winny. High blood pressure, was due to too much water retention, injury on my wrist was unfortunate but has been hanging around for a little while. Aggravates it when I do cable crossovers and dips. I have now cut these 2 excercises out of my schedule. I understand the winny did not cause all those sides, I am only attributing the face spots to the winny. Thanks for your replies. I have been reading up on stretch marks and posted about the problems and had a lot of good answers on how to help it. I dont really have a choice. I couldnt continue my last cycle because I had limited movement on my upper arms. The pain was too immense, I couldnt even put a t-shirt/shirt on without being in pain. Pd, I am using T3 in the beginning and clen at the end for numerous reasons. They do work well together but in a pre contest cycle. T3 to increase protein synthesis and the clen at the end helps people to keep gains alongside with proviron clomid and so on. It acts as an anti catabolic.
