i've been reading a lot of conflicting info on what's best for woman to run to minimize the "male" effects. i've never helped a woman put togehter a cycle and since i have no real first hand knowlege i don't want to risk giving her bad advice. seems to me that most women run such things as winny, primo, hgh, clen, or any of the weaker A/S. the girl i'm putting this cycle together for is about 5'7" around 120-130??? (never ask a girl her weight) i know this is an old question but i would like to use this as a learning opertunity. i'm not asking for you to just post cycles, but post what gear you'd run and why. i'd like to hear not only what you'd run but why you'd run it. i have one female friend that says she runs a winny cycle only. but i've noticed she's taking on many of the male characteristics. can winny alone do this in low doseages? or is she running other gear? i've always thought that winny in low dosages was safe for women. but i've never really researched or followed what the women/bro's of this board have concluded. any help would be appreciated. so if you can point us in the right direction i'm sure i'll be able to find all the info i need. maybe just a few names of what women run. . i could research the cycles/dosages from there. thanks for the help. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

thanks, i'm going to try the womens board when i have some solid info. i'm posting here first because most if not all of the people who post on the womans board post here too. or at least come over and look around. so i'm hoping i'll get more replies over here. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Go to the Women's Board. Everything you want to know has been posted time and time agian. Read the posts there and then you will have a better idea of what you need to ask. SOUND ADVISE. I'VE RESEARCED OFF THIS BOARD AND OTHERS FOR MANY YEARS. EVEN THOUGH I CONSIDER MYSELF PRETTY KNOWLEGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO MY CYCLES, EXERCISE, TRAINING, AND WHAT NOT, I'LL BE THE FIRST TO ADMIT THAT I'VE NEVER GIVEN WOMENS CYCLES A THOUGHT.
