My Gear: 50cc bottle of EQ (ganabol)
12 Ampules of Primotestan
30 Ampules of Winstrol (zambon)
24 Clomids (pills)
30 nolvadex (pills)

First I would like to state that i am preparing my cycle now 3 months before i take it to make sure it will be best for me. I need your advice to shape up my cycle or give me a new one based on my gear. nothing is official as of now. Please dont influence me to buy anymore gear because as of now i cant afford shit. thanks

Option1: 400mgs of EQ a week
3 ampules of ethanate to 2 then 1 till run out. (8 weeks altogether)

then after that start Winstrol for 8 weeks by itself. so its a 16 week cycle alltogether. I dont want any bloating so i am ganna take nolvadex and when should i throw the clomids in?

I would run the primo for 2 more weeks at 500 and then drop it in week 6 to 250 for the taper. The EQ looks good. As for the winny I'm not too sure if you might want to start it a couple weeks earlier with the test but 50 EOD is good to go. Good luck, Green

Well, unless you KNOW you are going to get gyno, I wouldn't use that much nolavdex. It will hinder gains. Maybe 10mgs EOD just to be safe. I am quickly becoming a fan of short cycles, but your long cycle doesn't look bad. I would keep then enanthate at 500mgs for 6 weeks, then drop it. You should get more clomid than what you have.

Well doesn't nolvs just keep the bloat off and not really hinder gains? I know you'll have more strength and a bit more size but that's water you're going to lose at the end anyway. Right?

Green, Nolvadex is a brand name for the drug tamoxifen citrate, a nonsteroidal agent which demonstrates potent antiestrogenic properties. These antiestrogenic effects are due to its ability to compete with estrogen for binding sites in target tissues such as in the breast. Medically, the effects of this drug make it very useful in breast cancer patients. Male bodybuilders however, find this drug very effective in combating gynocomastia (female breast tissue development). Gynocomastia is caused by excess estrogen in the male body. In the steroid user, this happens when anabolic steroids "aromatize" into estrogens. This is not as odd as you may think, structurally these hormones are very similar. So with Nolvadex competing for and occupying estrogen receptors, the buildup of tissue is greatly reduced and often avoided. It should be noted that Nolvadex also seems to slightly reduce to gains made during a steroid cycle. Some believe estrogen plays a role in keeping androgen receptors open. This may explain why Nolvadex would slightly hinder gains.

ok, I understand now that Nolvadex hinders gains and should only be takin when a possible sign of gyno could occur.

BUT the thing is, is that I only want to gain PURE solid muscle and willing to sacrafice 5-10lbs of muscle considering its caused by Water retention. I DONT WANT TO HAVE THAT SMOOTH BLOATED LOOK so thats why I am taking the nolvadex. So please tell me how much i should take without taking to much, thanks!!!!!

take 10mg of nolva a day, at PM before bed. You can go up to 20mg, though I think that is a waste. If you take in a shit load of water, you will not have a prob with water retention, then again, if you take 100mg of Nolva a day and still drink 2-3 sodas, you will see water retention.

I have found the best way to flush water out of my system is to drink a lot of Crystal Light Lemonade. It is almost pure diuretic in effect.

If you want to use Nolvadex, and have your mindset to where you WILL use it, then 10mgs EOD I would say is okay. Also, might want to look into the anti estrogen effects of Clomid. Lastly, as mentioned before, Carbinated beverages = bad idea, lots o' water = good idea.

Well, I say 10mgs EOD, but that's just my opinion, others will be different. Honestly, if you were so concerned about W.R., enanthate was the wrong test ester to use. Propinate would have been FAR better. The decision simply comes down to you on what you want to do. We are just here to express our opinions on what we would do if put in your situation.

I am not going to cut and paste any outdated information from another site that simply nabbed the info from the very outdated WAR '96.

However, most people who are 'in the know' will tell you that nolva will not hinder gains. A lot of people mistake bloat and water for gained muscle.

Also, the thought that nolva 'blocks' androgen receptors is ridiculous. Androgen receptors are HIGHLY specific unlike progesterone and estrogen receptors.

Next, estrogen IS NOT an anabolic hormone in muscle tissue. This just to dismiss any thoughts that estrogen itself is needed for muscle growth.

Finally, there was a study that showed the use of nolva caused a lowering of IGF levels. But this study did not consider men with supraphysiological androgen levels. With exergeneous androgens, enough growth factors genes are transcribed to make estrogen's contributions insignificant.

Wow, what a tangled thread!
Ok, Luvs, you have good intentions. Not wanting water weight and all.
But water retention is a symptom of your body being in an anabolic state.

It's far easier to gain huge and slim down, then it is to gain moderately with no need to slim down.

Are you familiar with the wide variety of over-the-counter diuretics presently on the market?

Novla should not hinder your gains to any noticable amount. In fact, it's purely anectdotal that it will negatively affect a bulking cycle in the first place. And when I say anectdotal, I mean it in the rarest form.

I hear people say they made awesome gains from prohormones and clomid more often for crying out loud
