okay bros here it is, When I went down to mexico I brought back some gear, but because I was flying and didn't want to get busted by the customs dicks I transfered my gear from the vials to sterilized bottles. I was telling this to a buddy of mine and he tells me that the gear I had just brought back from mexico is probably no good because I had transfered it into another container, and he said that it is probably no good now because it has been exposed to the air, he also said that it wouldn't be as potent or strong as it would have been had I left it in it's origionall bottle. So I think he is full of shit but wanted to check with some guys that really know what they are talking about!! so what do you think? is it true? If the container was sterile and so was the transfer, it should be fine. | ||

not true,its less sterile yes but you can use them. my advice next time you do that just do it with a syringe to move the fluid from one bottele to another just make sure the bottele that they are going to is sterile. ------------------ | ||

I agree with the big man above, Strength, go anywhere or stay in GB. I have been off training for 11 days now due to some very very bad stretch marks and my gym being closed, but mainly the first one. ------------------ | ||

I did use a syring to transfer from bottle to bottle. what I want to know is if the gear is as potent or stong as it would have been had I not transfered it!!? thanks for the reply though | ||

the potent of a chimical is due to it active substance stracture so if you didnt interfear with it molecule stracture (by hitting it more then it tolerate exposing it to other chimical)you can use it and it would be in the same potance jus less sterile. ------------------ | ||

Just a suggestion - If you ever need to transfer to another bottle - use a just-emptied bottle of rubbing alcohol... | ||

The gear is the exact same potency. The only issue with doing this is sterility...which it sounds as though you maintained a sterile state during the transfer so all is well. The potnency is uneffected. ------------------ | ||

You shoudln't have a problem with it, provided it was sterile to begin with (not brovel) and you put it in a 100% sterile container, then there is no sterility problem, exposure to air really isn't that big a deal, when you draw from a multi dose vial you inject air into the bottle don't you?? NO prob at all. ------------------ | ||

They're all wrong. Since your gear has infact been exposed to air and light it is a potential expolsion hazard. I suggest you send your gear to me for disposal. Andy | ||

sterility is teh only issue..use a syringe filter and filter it back into a sterile vial again. YOu could also heat it to sterilize it, or I believe animal has a sterilizing kit..not sure though if he has it anymore... anyone of these are options if you are worried about sterility... big-guy | ||

Andy's all wrong. Send the gear to me so I can use my electron microscope to make sure there are no foreign bodies inside those containers. No fee. C'mon....... ------------------ |
