i know this has had to happen(and posted) to alot of ya guys but thought i would ask for some advice- posted ysterday about pumps in arms- well today did back and lower back blew up so bad doing warmup extensions ,i couldn't hardly stand let alone deadlift! i'm in 4th wk of sust/deca cycle and probably now just gettin to core of it but is this attributed to certain AS or what?or is it the muscle just going crazy cause of the juice?don't mind the pumps but when it starts getting in the way of doing certain lifts then what to do? thanks guys! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I get the same way when doing hyper's. I know a pump is the goal, but damn it hurts like hell. It used to happen when I squatted too. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

those are two things it can't be- I drink about 2 gals a day plus all the shakes and stretch for a good 20 min on back and leg days.i did sit down for about 5 mins but didn't help much!I mean i don't mind pain in fact sometimes i like it but sometimes your body just says i'm done!it was so tight i had trouble getting the plates off the bar!i'm trying to get the old lady to give me a massage but that's like pulling teeth-maybe i'll try one of the chinese parlors!!haha!thanks fellas! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

maybe your going to fast of pace in your workout, try less sets-heavier weights and alot more time between sets..... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i would say its water retention like you guessed. i had the exact same thing happening when i was on dbol and test....i just delt with it for a while, then i backed down on the dbol dose and its gone now. i know exactly what u mean though, it get sooo pumped you feel like you can't continues to lift, i just try to sit and rest between sets as much as i can. other than that i don't know what else might help, maybe some other bros have some ways to fight this water retention problem. later bros.
